Successful candidate will have or ability to learn golf knowledge, excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, engaging work demeanor, and ability to multi-task and problem solve on the fly

Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour Shift& Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Skill Level: Entry Job Responsibilities: Answering phone calls politely and in a timely manner
Assisting with guest reservations by phone and through website
Informing guests of all offerings and guiding guests as needed
Operating computer tee sheet and POS system(s)
Cleanliness of Pro Shop and all communal areas for guests/employees
Ability to work all shifts including opening, mid, and closing work shifts
Flexibility and ability to cross train to assist Starter/Marshals, and Outside Service when needed
Merchandising and cleanliness of Pro Shop
Accomplishing daily SOP’s
Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: Knowledge or ability to learn course operations
Exceptional service with both guests and employees
Strong computer and written/verbal communication skills
Retail and/or merchandising experience
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36
