Full job descriptionYou work in the communications hub of the golf course ensuring that the tee sheet operation runs as smoothly as possible and that our customer service is the best it can possibly be. Serving our members, public golfers and tournaments, you book tee times, check golfers in and get them all setup and ready for their amazing round of golf from start to finish. You make people smile and take pride in providing our guests with the best vacation and recreation experience possible.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all areas of Pro Shop service operations
Provide excellent customer service and sales
Answer telephone inquiries, book tee times and check in customers
Help with general shop upkeep and cleanliness
Regularly rotate retail displays
Participate in product knowledge sessions
Assist with outside customer services as required
Assist with practice area operations as required
Assist with member and corporate tournament set-up
Assist with starter/marshal duties if required
Qualifications
Friendly
Professional
Team Player
Comfortable using computers and POS systems
Have strong cash handling skills and product knowledge
Eager to provide great customer service
