Job Description
- Provide outstanding customer service for reservations and check in for golf
- Ensure accuracy of fee collection
- Multi task in a fast paced environment
- Provide assistance and advice to all patrons, be informed on and promote all club activities
- Assist with retail merchandising, inventory and sales
- Knowledge of golf a plus, but not mandatory
- Cash handling
- Control and manage play on the course
- Primary shift is either AM Opening or PM Closing
- 20-40 hours week
- Customer Service and cash handling
- Computer literacy in point of sale, Microsoft Suite, etc...
- Superior telephone and interpersonal skills
- Personal and work space tidiness
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
- Free golf privileges
- ½ price meals while on duty
