About Tracked Golf:
Tracked Golf, Adelaide’s premier 24/7 indoor golf centre, has been delivering an elite indoor golfing experience since November 2024. Located at 482 Payneham Rd, Glynde SA 5070, we provide a world-class facility where golfers can:
Play on world-renowned virtual courses using Trackman simulators
Refine their game with advanced shot analysis and coaching
Host events – from social gatherings to corporate functions
Compete in leagues and exciting monthly competitions
We are looking for a highly responsible, customer-focused professional who wants to build a long-term career in the golf industry.
Position: Assistant Manager / Golf Operations Specialist
This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a premium golf experience. You will work alongside our Venue Manager, David, to ensure Tracked Golf runs efficiently while maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service & Engagement – Be the face of Tracked Golf, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
• Venue Operations – Oversee daily operations, including reception, admin, and bookings.
• Sales & Membership Growth – Promote memberships, coaching services, and retail products to enhance customer value.
• Facility & Equipment Management – Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning venue.
• Event & Competition Coordination – Assist in managing leagues, tournaments, and private functions.
• Technology & Simulator Support – Provide basic troubleshooting for Trackman simulators.
What We’re Looking For:
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Highly responsible & proactive, taking ownership of tasks
• Organised & efficient, able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Bonus: Sales experience in golf retail, hospitality, or memberships
