Golf Pro Shop Assistant Manager
We are inviting applications for the role Golf Pro Shop Assistant Manager in Castlemartyr Resort. Set in an old Manor Estate in East Cork, the Castlemartyr Golf Resort is an 18-hole, 6728 YD, Par 72, inland links style course.The successful candidate will work closely with our Golf Operations Manager to plan and organise golf tournaments and events, supervise assigned Pro Shop staff, and provide professional golf services to our members.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- Experience leading a team.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Professional Golf Association (PGA) certification strongly preferred.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests, members, and colleagues at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Oversee the reservation system, starting, monitoring, and pace of play.
- Track and verify all players and guests, green fees, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate accurate accounting and recordkeeping.
- Provide professional golf services to our members.
