Opened in November 2024, Tracked Golf is Adelaide’s premier 24/7 indoor golf centre, offering a world-class golf experience for players of all levels. With Trackman simulators, expert coaching, social events, and exciting competitions, we are redefining indoor golf in South Australia.
Assistant Manager – Full-Time
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to help manage and grow Tracked Golf alongside Venue Manager David and Owner Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Oversee daily operations (bookings, reception, admin)
- Promote memberships, coaching services, and retail products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility
- Support competitions, leagues, and private events
- Troubleshoot and support Trackman simulator usage
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Bonus: Sales experience in golf, hospitality, or memberships
Golf Professionals – Subcontractor
The Matt Antell Golf Academy @ Tracked Golf is expanding! We’re looking for passionate golf coaches ready to build their own business with full support from our team.
Earning Potential:
$80,000–$120,000+ per year
What We Offer:
- 20–30 lessons/week expected within 2 months
- 24/7 access to elite Trackman facilities
- Mentorship from Matt Antell (20+ years global tour coaching)
- Flexibility across multiple coaching locations

Requirements:
