Riverlakes Golf has a casual position for a Golf Shop Assistant. This role is for 8 - 20 hours a week, predominantly weekend work with the possibility for additional shifts on Monday - Friday.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and social golfers, including answering questions about the golf course, maintaining the golf shop, handling sales transactions and assisting with golf tournaments.
The Golf Shop Assistant will work closely with the golf shop operations manager and course staff to ensure a positive experience for all golfers.

- excellent customer service skills with prior experience working in a customer-facing role.
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- experience with cash handling and sales transactions.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work well in a team environment.
- knowledge of golf and golf equipment an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word.
- a current driver's license.
