The Company
Operating since 1987, Golf Services Management is a well established golf management company currently managing venues throughout Victoria. Our venues provide quality experiences and a high level of customer service in both golf and hospitality experiences.
GSM is seeking a Golf Operations and Hospitality attendants to join the team at the Growling Frog. Positions available include both Part Time and Casual capacity. Growling Frog Golf Course is a premium public golf course that is available 7 days a week in Yan Yean Victoria.
The Role:
You will be working in the golf shop and bar areas performing customer service operations.

The Role:
You will be working in the golf shop and bar areas performing customer service operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to generate good rapport with customers;
- Operating a Point of Sale system;
- Taking and maintaining golf bookings;
- Daily tee time coordination
- Assist with the replenishment of retail stock;
- Completing of daily tasks;
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual and be able to work weekends and other peak periods
- Must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Experience within a similar role will be highly regarded but full training will be provided. You will have:
- Understanding and knowledge of golf;
- Understanding of timesheet bookings will be highly regarded;
- Experience in bar operations;
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quality service to a diverse range of customers;
- Proactive and energetic nature;
- Ability to work within a small team;
This role will include weekend and public holiday work.
