Job Description:
SANTA BÁRBARA GOLF AND OCEAN CLUB. REVENUE ANALYST 40H. SAN MIGUEL DE ABONA

- Responsible for the management of rates within set regions and properties in the European Hotel Program.

- Analyses data to understand future demand forecast, historical trends, competitive set activity and translate this information to provide recommendations on rate strategies to achieve budgeted goals for revenue, occupancy and arrivals.

- Work alongside colleagues in Inventory Management and Marketing to optimise occupancies, rates, distribution and special offers.

- Liaise with Resort Operations to communicate and educate on rate strategies.


- Maintain a system for regular data analysis/rate reviews to optimise revenue incorporating budget & YOY performance, pace & YOY variances.

- Produce weekly revenue forecasts for rolling 12 months.

- Maintain an events calendar, updated annually & reviewed monthly.

- Maintain rate spreadsheets with current and accurate information.

- Work with the Revenue Manager to ensure rates are reviewed consistently & logically to optimise revenue.


Monitors booking pace, inventory, occupancy, historical trends, & competitive set, for assigned group of managed resorts, making recommendations to the Revenue Manager on rate strategies as a result of this analysis.


REQUIREMENTS :

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience required.

- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
