GOLF COURSE ADVISOR (STARTER/MARSHAL) - CALEDON (ALTON, ONTARIO)
We are currently hiring full-time, seasonal Course Advisors to join our Golf Operations team for the 2024 season. Our Golf Operations team plays an integral role in the daily operations at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a memorable guest experience for all those on property.

Our Golf Operations team plays an integral role in the daily operations at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a memorable guest experience for all those on property.
Job responsibilities may include:
- Greeting golfers as they arrive to the property and in your work area (First tee; Starters Shack; Practice Facilities; etc.)
- Keeping track of the tee sheet to ensure golfers have checked in and are playing the correct course.
- Directing golfers around the property.
- Actively engaging with guests to answer golfers’ questions, concerns or requests.
- Informing golfers of course policies regarding pace of play and any restrictions that may be in place.
- Ensuring pace of play is maintained, and informing golfers when they fall behind.
- Shuttle guests on shuttle carts around the property as required (ex. Clubhouse to practice facilities).
- Ability to work weekends.
- Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Willing to work early mornings (6:00am) and late evenings (10pm) when required.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a dynamic team.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and deliver and exceptional guest experience.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to work early mornings, late evenings, stat holidays and weekends.
- Outgoing and personable, providing an excellent customer experience to all visitors and Guests.
- Proficient in the use of technology. (iPad, GPS cart system)
