Whangarei Golf Club, with a rich history spanning over a century, is seeking a Golf Club Administrator to support the club's sustainable future. You will be; * energetic, solution focused, future forward with an enthusiasm for sport and recreation. * have a strong foundation in finance, procurement, and human resources, * instrumental in nurturing the club's dynamic environment. * confident implementing integrated systems to streamline and bring efficiency with a smarter not harder approach * detail focused as well as understanding the bigger picture * able to intuitively sort out what needs to happen and willing to role up your sleeves from time to time. * Experienced with Xero, Smartly, or similar operational software is highly desirable, along with familiarity with DotGolf—though training will be provided. This role promises autonomy in daily operations, backed by the support of the Executive Committee and President. This is a leadership role requiring effective professional collaboration with diverse stake holders. The Club Administrator will support the club's business strategy, ensuring it aligns with the long-term vision. By actively engaging with the golfing and wider community, you will enhance membership and guest experiences, positioning us as a flourishing Golf Club in Northland.
