[*] Experience as General Manager in a golf club or hotel [*] Strong on food and beverage who will work closely with the Head Chef and food and beverage team to ensure delivery of excellent quality food and service [*] Excellent team management and leadership skills [*] Strong finance and business acumen, proficient in working with budgets and forecasts [*] A real people person with a solid, reliable personality who will be the face of the club for its members.
