Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Transmission repairs and replacements
- Auto body repairs
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and repairs
- Tire services, including rotations, balancing, and replacements
- Suspension repairs and replacements
- Equipment repairs and maintenance
- Wheel alignments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required for completion
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems
- Experience with transmission repairs, auto body repairs, ADAS calibration, tire services, suspension repairs, equipment repairs, and wheel alignments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for certain repair tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in diagnosis and repair work
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
