Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication abilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to deliver polished and professional Presentations
- Proficient in managing guest experiences and building positive relationships
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced working environments
- Previous experience in hospitality or client-facing roles is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages (particularly Portuguese and English) is a plus
