Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service field? Do you love golf? The Oak Hills Golf Club in Quinte West has the perfect job position for you. We are looking for someone to fill our Front Desk Staff Position for the 2024 Season and we are looking for candidates now!

Applicant must:

• Be willing to learn & willing to learn about using our systems
• Be available to work weekends
• Good with technology
• Flexible Schedule and looking for seasonal work
• "Rolls with the punches" & can lead a team
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Happy in a golf environment
• Dedicated team player with leadership qualities
• Effective Communicator
• Be able to work weekend and evening shifts as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing standard daily opening/operating/closing procedures as required
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly
• Greet all members/guests, giving an exceptional level of customer service
• Answer the phone and assisting the customer to best of ability

MUST HAVE:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Golf knowledge
• Valid Ontario Driver's license
• Smart Serve certification
• Up to date First Aid Certification
• WHIMIS

Experience working with computers and Point Of Sale is a must. Applicant must be flexible with hours. Email apply only please.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
