Are you looking for something more than just a job? We need dynamic and experienced F&B front of house staff! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team and you will have the ability to grow with us.
Federal Golf Club is a member’s club but open to the public. We have a 7 day bar and kitchen. We have a good mix of coffee, wine, beers and food. The position will primarily be Sunday to Thursday and has a great work life balance with not many late nights which is fantastic for hospitality.
We are offering the position as casual and will offer full time after 3 months in the role. You must be available Dec - Feb.
Key Responsibilities
Lead from the front and to ensure exceptional service standards for members and guests.
Making exceptional coffee, pouring beer, serving customers, delivering food from the kitchen, setting up function rooms.
The role reports directly to the Bar Manager and has the ability to grow – this is a great opportunity to become more.

Minimum of 1 year within the hospitality or retail sector
Coffee and beer experience is not essential but highly regarded
Responsible service of alcohol certificate
Must be a self motivated person who actively looks for things to do such as restocking and cleaning
