You have proven experience or background in a similar role that would complement our industry such as the automotive, machinery or small engine mobile equipment industry.

Your responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of customers across Sydney's southern and eastern suburbs.
Working within a small team, you will:
• Work with customers to meet and exceed their needs, assisting to keep their vehicles maintained and operational.
• Servicing vehicles including all power forms electric, petrol and diesel.
• Repair or replace damaged parts from body and accessories to engines, drive train, steering and suspension.
• Interpret maintenance calls and interpret vehicle manuals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Efficiently and accurately process quotes, invoices and orders.
• Champion and own our 48-hour response time target.

Salary range: 75-85K + super (based on experience) with fully-maintained company vehicle and tools.
This a full-time, permanent position located in field, covering customers across Sydney. Our state office is in Ingleburn and you will need to attend this site on an as-needs basis.
Hours: Weekdays 7.30am - 4.30pm

- Are mechanically trained and qualified, though previous knowledge of golf carts or spare parts is NOT required.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Are motivated and committed to building a service offering that will become the benchmark in the industry.
