As a Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the smooth operation and upkeep of our club’s infrastructure, facilities, and systems. From electrical and HVAC to plumbing and structural integrity, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively to provide the best possible experience for our members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the club’s facilities, addressing maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Preventive Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, restoring functionality with minimal disruption.
- Sustainability & Energy Conservation: Lead energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts to reduce resource consumption and environmental impact.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and service contracts, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Team Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to club staff on facility-related matters, conducting training to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like housekeeping, food & beverage, and member services to address facility concerns and support daily operations.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
