We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated individual with a great attitude and an eye for detail.
Compensation dependent on applicants experience and golf course maintenance background. Great opportunity for advancement.
The ideal candidate would be looking to join our team for the 2024 season and beyond.
Applicants should love working outside and take pride in their work. Maintenance workers are responsible for the general upkeep of the golf course and property.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to course set up, turf maintenance, hand mowing greens, equipment maintenance, irrigation, bunker maintenance, gardening and various construction projects.
Successful applicant should have the physical ability to perform all golf related maintenance duties as well as have their own transportation and must be available early mornings, and weekends.
Compensation:
Compensation based on applicants experience.
Wages and benefits commensurate with candidates experience but at or above industry standard.
Also included discounted/free food and non alcoholic beverages, free golf, flexible hours, performance based bonus plan.
Open to discuss long term opportunities with experienced candidates.
