Mulligan USA is a reputable golf ball recovery company known for delivering high-quality service with professionalism and efficiency. We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. The job consists of getting golf balls from out of the ponds using a John Deere Gator or a Bobcat.
Responsibilities:
- Going to different golf courses within a given area (transportation fees paid)
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform golf balls recovery in different ponds on the golf course
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Being professional and act respectfully towards golf courses’ employees and clients
- Requirements based on qualities as training is provided on-site
- Motivation and desire to learn

- Attention to details and good time management
- Good communication and teamwork skills
