At Acttiv, we’re looking for a flexible and energetic person to join our entertainment team at Vilar Do Golf. You should be prepared to do a bit of everything, working with both kids in the miniclub and adults in sports, social, and fitness activities.

As a Versatile Entertainer, Your Tasks Will Include

• Taking charge of children’s leisure activities that bring real smiles. You’ll lead pool games, craft workshops, mini-golf, and even aeroboxing sessions.
• Launching adult program activities: from classics like French balls and ping pong to water polo matches, aqua gym sessions, and themed days like «Family Fun» or «Spanish Day.» High energy required!
• Talking to the public with a microphone, so leave your shyness at home!
• Interacting with international guests, promoting the day’s activities
• Taking care of the necessary equipment for all activities
• Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.
  

Although you’ll be responsible for the hotel’s entire entertainment department, you won’t be alone: you’ll work closely with your zone coordinator and have the full support of our Human Resources team at all times. They’ll guide and advise you to always meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.

What do we ask for?

You don’t need to be a professional juggler with a fifteen-page resume, but we do require that you have:

• At least one season of experience as an entertainer
• A good level of English (at least B2) and Portuguese… and any other language is a plus
• Education: You don’t need a specific degree, but we value studies in animation, early childhood education, sports, or dance
• Availability: March – November 2025
• Residency in southern Portugal (Faro)

Also, as the sole entertainer in Vilar Do Golf, you’ll have the following conditions:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a continuous schedule (8 hours per day)
• Meals included during your work hours
• 143€gross/month as housing assistance
• 1.5 days off per week
• Acttiv contract: Fixed-term contract
• Legal coverage for work-related accidents and civil liability insurance (during working hours)
• Social Security
• 30 days (calendar) of vacation per year worked
• Help with processing registration in the Spanish social security system
