We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Golf to join our team and elevate our golf operations to new heights.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Golf, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the golf operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
  • Course Management: Implement and maintain best practices for golf course maintenance, ensuring the course is consistently in top condition.
  • Customer Experience: Elevate the guest experience by developing and implementing innovative programs and services that enhance the overall golf experience.
  • Membership Programs: Develop and manage membership programs, fostering strong relationships with members and promoting a sense of community.
  • Tournament and Event Management: Organize and oversee golf tournaments and events, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract new business and maximize revenue.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the golf operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated golf operations team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the golf industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
  • Current PGA Membership in good standing
  • Proven track record of successful golf operations management, including course maintenance, event coordination, and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of golf industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, members, and staff.
  • Knowledge of golf industry regulations and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Golf Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
