We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Golf Operations to oversee the management and strategic development of golf-related activities within a prestigious resort setting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Membership in a recognized professional association or accreditation related to golf management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing operations, achieving financial targets, and fostering a high-quality guest experience.
- Provide direct oversight and coordination of all aspects of golf course operations, including establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and managing services and merchandise offerings.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote golf-related activities, manage budgets, and enhance profitability.
- Lead a team, ensuring high safety standards, continuous training, and fostering positive relationships with both guests and staff.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
