About the Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative working in the North Adelaide Golf Course, you'll be the friendly face that everyone turns to for top-notch service.

In this diverse role, you will be working with a great team and see yourself engaging with customers in person and over the phone, providing advice on memberships, merchandise, food and beverage and other enquiries.

You'll also be a crucial part of keeping our Pro Shop & Par 3 running like a well-oiled machine.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have :
  • RSA Certificate / An RP Badge / (or willing to obtain these qualifications)
  • C Class Drivers License
  • The ability to obtain a satisfactory working with children check.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service in a service-oriented workplace.
  • Ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Ability to prioritise and be flexible when responding to changing priorities and demands.
  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customers and situations tactfully and sensitively.

The North Adelaide Golf Course is one of Australia’s premier public golf facilities and includes 3 golf courses and 2 Pro Shops / Cafes.

The courses are nestled within 82 Ha of parkland adjacent to the CBD. The course has seen significant round and revenue growth over the last few years and is about to launch some exciting improvements including enhanced food and beverage offerings and new branding.
