The Role
Marangaroo Golf Course is looking for a Kiosk Coordinator to develop, manage, and implement business operations in the kiosk, that will assist in delivering quality customer service, through efficient operations and consistent quality products. At all times ensuring budget guidelines are met.
You will be required to oversee all food and beverage offerings and event menus. You will utilise feedback from the FOH team, NPS results and customers to provide service quality.
This role is full time however part time will be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

Key Responsibilities Required
- Overall responsibility for the Kiosk’s daily operations.
- Food and beverage quality and portion consistency.
- Liaising with the relevant suppliers for quality, pricing & deliveries.
- Maintaining/raising the food and beverage profit margins.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels and security at all times.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the Kiosk.
- Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases align with budget.
- Maintain all equipment to cleanliness and service levels that ensure optimum life and performance.
- Overseeing and leading the Kiosk team culture.
- Ensure Contract Partner Food Handling and Audit requirements are met in full.
