North Ryde Golf Club (NRGC) is located on Twin Road, North Ryde, approximately 20 minutes' drive from the Sydney CBD. We are seeking 'expressions of interest' from passionate and experienced Contract Caterers to take charge of our food operations. With a membership base comprising 1000 Golf Members and 1250 social members, North Ryde Golf Club is committed to providing excellent community dining experiences to our valued members.
The Club's Golf Course is highly regarded both in the Ryde district and throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, with 80,000 rounds of golf played each year.
Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Caterer to oversee our food service operations, providing lunch and dinner offerings 7 days a week. With seating available for 100 pax in the Restaurant, 80 pax in the Club Lounge, 70 pax in the Sports Bar, and 40 pax in the downstairs area, the potential for culinary creativity is limitless. Additionally, our function spaces present excellent opportunities for catering a range of events and gatherings.
Facilities and Equipment:
Our main kitchen is equipped with good amenities, including a Rational Combi oven, a Convotherm oven, a new salamander, 4 fryers, 4 wok burners, 2 hotplates, and various other essential tools. We are open to discussions regarding additional equipment requirements to support your culinary vision. Furthermore, crockery and cutlery are readily available for use, and we offer the convenience of SwiftPOS point of sale technology.
Service Style and Menu Concept:
At North Ryde Golf Club, we envision a modern Australian cuisine with elements of Pub/Club/Fusion, catering to diverse palates and preferences. We also require the Caterer to provide quality lunchtime bar meals as well as the ability to fulfil take away orders. Our club has invested in a QR Code Reader system to streamline service, and we are flexible regarding the service style to align with your expertise and preferences.
Collaborative Partnership:
We are committed to fostering a collaborative partnership with our chosen Caterer, offering support in marketing as well as providing attractive terms within our agreement. We request the Caterer to commence in mid to end of June 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and establish a long-term presence within our esteemed club.
