You must be willing to learn and dedicated to your training and further studies.

- Assisting the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations
- Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of a la carte dishes
- Enforcing service, presentation and operational standards and ensuring consistency and quality at all times
- Ordering stock, kitchen supplies and equipment and control of stock levels
- Assisting with ongoing staff training and development
- Receiving, signing and accounting for supplies and deliveries
To be successful in this role YOU will have:
- Trade Qualifications and practical experience
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation and consistency in both your work and personal life

- Drivers Licence or on the path to getting your Licence is a must as public transport is not available in our area
