Big Swing Golf, the ultimate indoor golf experience using state-of-the art Full Swing Golf simulators, is looking for a suitably qualified Manager to drive the success of its’ Dee Why venue.
BSG Dee Why is a business, situated on the northern beaches of Sydney. We require the services of a Venue Manager, who can help us continue to grow. Possessing a strong understanding of social media and marketing, along with hospitality skills and customer service, will hold you in good stead.
This is a full-time position and we need someone who can work 4 nights per week (Tues-Fri) and Saturdays.

BSG Dee Why is a business, situated on the northern beaches of Sydney. We require the services of a Venue Manager, who can help us continue to grow. Possessing a strong understanding of social media and marketing, along with hospitality skills and customer service, will hold you in good stead.
This is a full-time position and we need someone who can work 4 nights per week (Tues-Fri) and Saturdays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Increase revenue through corporate and private functions along with social hire and competitions/league
- Greeting, inducting and hosting groups/individuals with their simulator bookings
- Creating content and promoting the venue on our socials
- Marketing
- Maintaining the simulators in the highest standard
- Ordering and restocking food & beverages for BSG
- Retail golf sales, club fitting, repairs, warehouse duties etc. with Drummond Golf Dee Why may be required from time to time.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is Proactive and energetic in nature, that can work autonomously
- Is team minded, coachable and driven to achieve KPI’s
- Knows what it takes to provide exceptional customer service
- Has flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and weekdays
- Has a current RSA (or willing to secure one)
- Has an Approved Manager card (or willing to get one)
