X-GOLF CARMEL IS HIRING PART TIME/FULL TIME SERVER/BARTENDERS
Overview – X-Golf Carmel is seeking friendly, dependable, and Guest oriented X-Golf teammates for part-time and full-time positions. Training will take place on the job. We're looking for people available for all types of shifts.
WHO ARE WE?
· X-Golf is a fast growing, indoor golf franchise. X-Golf Features state-of-the-art golf simulators that offer play on more than 40 courses all over the world. Our simulators have been considered the most accurate on the market.
- X-Golf Carmel has six golf simulators, plus a casual dining menu and a full bar. The dining menu includes pizza, chicken fingers, giant pretzels and more. The bar features bottled and draft beer, wine, spirits and specialty cocktails.
· Our server/bartenders/indoor golf assistants (the role is all encompassing) average $30-$40/hr in tips plus their starting wage of $9/hr during peak season. We’re talking $1,000-$1,200 a week for 35-40 hours.
Benefits:
· All meals during the employees shifts are half off and soft drinks are free.
· Play on golf simulators during specified slower times (Great for anyone looking to improve their golf game, or that are just learning to play)
This position is perfect if you're a seasoned veteran of the restaurant business but you're looking for a change that will still earn you comparable compensation without the late hours or back breaking work, or you're a country club or golf course employee looking for winter employment and want to train behind the bar.
Essential tasks of the Job
· Greeting guest and setting them up on the golf simulators including giving a brief demo speech
· Simulator repair and maintenance
· Preparing and delivering food and beverages (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages) for the guest and delivering excellent customer service
· Facility cleaning and general upkeep
· Putting delivery orders in their designated areas when they are received
Experience
* Preferred one year of bartending or serving/one year of management experience/one year of golf course facility experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time
Pay: $9.00 per hour plus tips. Expected total compensation during the peak season is $30 to $40/hr.
