Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including , beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate and maintain golf simulators, providing guests with guidance on gameplay and ensuring smooth operation throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Engage with guests to promote food and beverage specials, upsell items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables or guests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist in event setups such as private parties or tournaments, providing excellent catering and hospitality support.
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with restaurant or fine dining experience.
- Knowledge of POS systems with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest engagement.
- Experience with serving in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with food safety protocols is required.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
- Basic understanding of food handling, alcohol serving regulations, and food safety standards.
- Previous experience operating golf simulators or in a retail environment involving sports or entertainment is desirable.
