Bar Manager - OuttaBounds Golf Driving Range
Purpose
As the Bar Manager at OuttaBounds, Perth’s first entertainment driving range, your main goal is to keep the drinks flowing and the good times rolling. You’ll be the go-to person for leading the bar team, ensuring top-notch service, and creating a fun atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
Mix Master:
- Lead the bar team, making sure every drink is served with style and precision.
- Step up and run the bar operations like a pro when things get busy.
- Train and guide your crew to serve up the best drinks in town.
Roster Champ:
- Create and manage rosters, making sure we’re always staffed to deliver great service.
- Keep the energy high and the bar running smoothly, even on the busiest nights.
Service Star:
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by delivering top-tier customer service.
- Keep an eye on stock levels, manage orders, and control waste.
Safety Officer:
- Make sure the bar is always safe, clean, and compliant with all licensing and health regulations.
- Handle cash and financial tasks with accuracy and care.
Team Coach:
- Organize team meetings that keep morale high and the vibes positive.
- Inject fun and motivation into the team to keep everyone at their best.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar management role.
- Must hold a current RSA Manager's License.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and sometimes chaotic environment.
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and their ingredients is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
