Northbridge Golf Club is seeking to employ a full-time Bar Manager.The club is located on the lower North Shore of Sydney, 10 minutes from the CBD.
The club has a busy public access golf course and a vibrant seven-day-a-week restaurant.The role
The successful candidate would be responsible for the successful management of bar operations and staff.The ideal candidate would have : Strong knowledge and experience in a similar role.
Passion for providing quality customer service.Knowledge of compliance and WH&S obligations.Ability to undertake monthly stocktake, sales analysis, and ordering.
Enthusiasm to train and motivate bar staff.Willingness to work varied shifts across the 7-day roster.The club offers its staff : Welcoming team environment.
Complimentary golf and tennis.Friendly membership and customer base.Opportunity to implement bar and catering initiatives.
