WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Rolling Hills Golf Club is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Golf Services team as the Back Shop Manager. Working closely with the team, the Golf Services department is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our Members and guests. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, bring energy to their role, and demonstrate a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for a responsible, proactive individual who takes initiative and is confident in leading and managing a small team or department. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise outside services staff to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards, including but not limited to: maintaining cart cleanliness, ensuring the backshop area is organized, overseeing tournament setup, and facilitating positive Member and guest interactions. Collaborate with the Head Professional to enhance operational efficiency, including providing support and guidance to employees. Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues. Lead backshop department, ensuring all staff receive the proper training/instruction in order to maximize their effectiveness in their day-to-day activities. QUALIFICATIONS Must have very good time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to work effectively within a team management structure. Excellent public relations skills. Must excel in customer service skills. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. ADDITIONAL DETAILS This is a seasonal position. Full-time hours available.
