Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the world of wines, spirits, and beers? We're seeking a dedicated and friendly Bottle Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team!

Role: Bottle Shop Assistant

Location: Mollymook Golf Club

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting beverages, offering recommendations based on preferences and occasions.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently.
• Receive and manage inventory, including restocking shelves and monitoring product expiry dates, coding products and general upkeep of product data base system.
• Provide product knowledge and engage customers in discussing various beverage options.
• Weekly price changes.
• From time to time, assist in other operations within the club.

Requirements:

• Previous bottle shop or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for beverages, including wines, spirits, and/or craft beers.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have RSA.
