Assistant Manager / Manager
Part-time to full-time
$30–$35 per hour + super, based on experience and performance
Approx. 33–38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming venue
Oversee daily operations including bookings, reception, and admin
Promote memberships, coaching, and retail products
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
Support competitions, events, and Trackman operations
Ideal Candidate
Show initiative, work hard, and contribute to business growth
Assist with social media and content creation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Sales or hospitality experience is a bonus
Golf Coaches – Subcontractor

Requirements
Motivated, hardworking, and willing to improve
Strong coaching and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Golf coaching and/or operations experience preferred
