Assistant Manager Position at X-Golf & Hey Caddy Townsville

X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf brand focusing on providing an accurate and reliable golfing experience combined with high level food and beverage service.

The Townsville venue combines the established X-Golf experience with Hey Caddy mini golf offering to provide entertainment for all walks of life.

X-Golf/Hey Caddy Townsville features 6 state of the art golf simulators, 18 holes of mini golf, a full bar and kitchen along with a high end audio visual setup for music and sports. It's located in Idalia.

We are looking for an assistant manager to work in all facets of the business on a full time basis.

What you'll do:

• 
  Help provide a fun guest experience by going above and beyond for their needs.
• 
  Introduce the guests to our products whether it be Mini Golf or the X-Golf simulators.
• 
  Prepare and serve food and beverage from our simple but tasty menu.
• 
  Assist in staff rostering.
• 
  Assist in stock management and ordering.
• 
  Golf simulator calibration, mainenance and repairs.
• 
  Maintainence of the mini golf course.
• 
  Assist in the running of X-League, our weekly golf tournament.
• 
  Assist in the management of staff.
• 
  Assist in the coordination of events and functions.

What you need:

• 
  Fun and energetic personality.
• 
  RSA (RMLV is even better).
• 
  Prior bar and hospitality experience (some management is even better).
• 
  A positive attitude.
• 
  The ability to work nights and weekends where required.
• 
  Willingness to learn the operation and mainainence of golf simulators.
• 
  Any experience or interest in golf is great too!
