Norfolk Golf Club in Westwood, MA is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. This person should have a background in turf management, preferably with experience within the golf industry. The ability to acquire a MA Core applicators License within 60 days is crucial. Primary responsibilities include staff management, equipment operation, watering, applying fertilizer, applying other plant enhancements and protection (after the appropriate licensing is acquired). The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with Senior Assistant and Golf Course Superintendent to provide an ever improving product for the membership at Norfolk Golf Club. Start date for this position will vary dependent upon the individual who accepts the position. Graduating students are encouraged to apply as we are very willing to wait for the right individual.
