Role Description
This full-time role as Assistant Golf Professional is a hands-on, on-site role in Houston, TX. You will perform professional duties related to organizing and coordinating golf events and activities. These duties may include the maintenance of appearance and order of the golf pro-shop and retail areas, meeting with customers to discuss golf programs and services, ensure the clubhouse is always up-to-standard, and provide assistance in tournaments and outings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in the golf industry, specifically in an Assistant Golf Professional role or similar role
- Experience with golf retail, golf instruction/outreach, and planning tournaments/outings
- Strong knowledge of golf and an ability to teach others the fundamental principles of golf
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team with a positive and energetic attitude
- Proficient in Golf Genuis
