We are looking for a hard-working, driven individual with aspirations on becoming a Head Golf Professional in the future. The position is a management level position, and the qualified candidate will have a hand in all aspects of the business operations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manage the pro shop and its employees on a daily basis under the direction of the GM
- This includes daily openings and/or closings, merchandising, tee sheet management, answering phones, taking reservations, making tee times, ect.
- This position is also responsible for overseeing the starter/rangers and other outside staff employees on a daily basis
- Managing the merchandise in the pro shop, including but not limited to: Ordering, receiving inventory, entering inventory into the system, tagging and displaying, general upkeep on the pro shop and its flow, initiating sales and promotions based on the budget and desired outcome, inventory, ect.
- Hire, train, and schedule both the pro shop employees and the outside service employees, maintaining budgetary standards and service levels expected.
- Execute existing outings in accordance with club standards
- Create and foster an environment of customer service, teamwork, attitude, and passion for Quail Ridge GC
- Oversee our league operations
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
