Skill:
- Excellent Golf Skills – Grip, stance, swing, balance, tension recognition, golf instruction, knowledge of the rules of golf.
- Advanced Administrative Skills – Use of technology, verbal and written communication, business correspondence, organization, time management.
- Advanced Management Skills – Decision making, planning, problem-solving, communication, delegation, time management, organization, interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Supervisory Skills – Communication, leadership, conflict resolution, motivation, interpersonal skills, understand diversity and generational differences.
- Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills – Interact, work and relate with people, listen, speak, read, write, observe, use English fluently.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills – Product knowledge, problem-solving skills, time management, attentiveness, patience, positive attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, responsibility, professionalism.

Duties:
- Manage the daily operation of the Golf Car Fleet, Bag Storage and Practice Facilities
- Manage the administration of all golf tournaments and events
- Coordinate play on the course with the Golf Course Superintendent so as not to conflict with scheduled maintenance practices.
- Market and promote all golf related events
- Responsible for administering all golf related instructional programs
- Play the game of golf at a professional level
