Overview
Cape Kidnappers is currently seeking the employment of an Assistant Golf Professional who will work to maintain the world class operation that Cape Kidnappers is known for.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and a desire of becoming a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf or General Manager.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing outstanding customer service, daily pro shop duties including merchandising, inventory control, merchandise sales, tee time reservations (phone & email), golf car fleet management, supervision of caddie program, a thorough understanding of the rules of golf, ability to coach and instruct golfers of all levels (albeit minimal instruction opportunities exist) and assistance with our food and beverage operation.
There is a strong emphasis on staff training and development and familiarity and experience in luxury hospitality is of critical importance.
This position is ideally suited for an individual looking for a spectacular opportunity who is self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage various staff members, has an eye for detail in a very successful retail operation, and can succeed in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
