Full job description Crystal Springs Resort is looking for an Assistant Golf Manager to oversee all golf operations and employees while ensure a great experience for all guests. The details of the position can be broken down into four categories. Facility Management, Outside Service, Pro Shop Operations, and Event Coordination. The details of this position consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Facility Management Operations:

• Provide our members & guests with first class experience
• Perform MOD duties to include oversight of all golf operations and liaising with F&B management
• Perform daily inspection and complete daily manager checklist
• Ensure staff productivity and proper staffing levels

Outside Service/Pace of Play Management:

• Ensure that all employees receive a job description, orientation, mini-manual and safety training
• Develop culture of cleanliness and pride among staff as it relates to policing for trash, divots, etc
• Manage cart fleet maintenance process with automated communications with mechanic
• Enforce system for ensuring proper security of all carts/vehicles on nightly basis

Pro Shop Operations:

• Ensure upselling of Rewards Membership and Premier Memberships to qualified
• Meet weekly Rewards Membership and Retail sales quotas
• Tender all golfers to the proper player type
• Follow all POS procedures & controls and prevent theft

Event Coordination:

• Ensure no later than 45-day-out, 15-day-out and 5-day out correspondence with each client
• Upsell additional products & services
• Update tee screens in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure Loyalty Program data capture for all outings

Requirements:

• Golf knowledge strongly recommend
• Weekend and Holiday availability
• Ability to multi task while effectively lead a team
• Strong communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction

Compensation- $18-$20 per hour + Commission & Tips. Weekly compensation for this position averages out to be $1000 per week
Breakdown**Please note- this is an average and does vary from week to week:

• $800 (40 hours *$20/hour)
• $100 in gratuities and commissions
